On April 22, 2013, Steven Greer’s UFO and alien documentary called ‘Sirius’ premiered. The documentary features credible figures such as former government and military officials.
The documentary introduces the reason behind the secrecy and control of information on UFO phenomenon. ‘Sirius’ focuses on government cover-ups, the Atacama Humanoid founds in Chili and UFO encounter of the 5th kind.
Encounter of the 5th kind: How to contact UFO’s
Close encounter of the 5th kind, according to Greer is the ‘human initiated contact’. Greer believes there are a series of methods to which people can persuade alien air-crafts to reveal themselves in the sky for people to observe.
Greer talks about and demonstrates how through human consciousness, it is possible to persuade UFO’s to appear in the sky. Since then, many people have claimed and illustrated how aliens revealed themselves through conscious intention and meditation which sends a telepathic signal to UFO’s.
Ata– Humanoid Being Found in Chili
‘Sirius’ also introduces a 6-inch humanoid skeletal figure found in Atacama, Chili called Ata. Ata is one of the biggest interests of the documentary which revealed DNA tests taken from the figure. The DNA results however, revealed that the humanoid being was actually human with genetic markers proving its relation to indigenous women from Chili.
But still, scientists are baffled by this creature due to the size of its body and shape of its head. There has yet to be any evidence of how this figure came about and it is considered a medical mystery.
Ata was believed to be a fetus yet scientist confirmed that the being died due to a blow to the head at 6-8 years old.

Dr. Steven Greer – Ufology career
Greer founded the Center for the Study of Extra-Terrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) in 1990 to create a diplomatic and research-based initiative to contact extraterrestrial civilizations.[7][8][9] The group defined CE-5 or ‘close encounters of the fifth kind’ as human initiated contact and communication with extraterrestrial life.[9] CSETI claims to have over 3,000 confirmed reports of UFO sightings by pilots and over 4,000 of what they describe as landing traces.[8] The organisation utilizes ‘Rapid Mobilisation Investigative Teams’ with the aim of arriving at landing sites as quickly as possible. CSETI has defined a protocol for human initiated contact to UFOs using consciousness.[10][3]
In 1993, Greer founded the Disclosure Project, the goal of which is to publicly disclose the government’s alleged knowledge of UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence, and advanced energy and propulsion systems.[11][12][13] The Disclosure Project was founded in an effort to grant amnesty to government whistle-blowers willing to violate their security oaths by sharing classified information about UFOs.[14] Greer claims to have briefed CIA director James Woolsey at a dinner party, although Woolsey disputes the accuracy of Greer’s claim.[15][16]
